this doubly-fed wtgs with variable-speed and constant-frequency, is a mature model and developed on the strength of mature technology and experience obtained through international cooperation; it features upwind, three-blade, and independent electric pitch regulation mechanism. the main shaft has a double-bearing support structure and both sides of the gear box are fixed with flexible supports, demonstrating its mature and reliable structure; customized blade design contributes to high aerodynamic performance and high wind energy conversion efficiency. this wtgs obtains german gl certification and certification issued by china general certification center.
optimized blade design
the optimized airfoil profile gives consideration to both power generation and load optimization design; the power at low wind speed is improved by optimized blade lift-drag ratio and icing on the blade surface is prevented because of the nanometer anti-icing coating on the blade surface.
grid-friendly design
low voltage and high voltage ride through capability is offered by the grid-friendly design; the active and reactive power outputs are regulated by the wind farm energy management system in a dynamical way;
