mr. zhang chuanwei is deputy to the 12th and 13th national people’s congress, and the vice chairman of guangdong federation of industry & commerce. in 1993, he established zhongshan mingyang electrical appliances co., ltd.; in 2006, he established guangdong mingyang wind power technology co., ltd. (the predecessor of guangdong mingyang wind power industry group co., ltd., and mingyang smart energy group co., ltd.) zhang chuanwei now serves as the chairman and ceo of mingyang smart energy group co., ltd.. mr. zhang chuanwei was granted such honorary titles as top innovator, new energy personage and annual economic figure by many national awards.
